Dr. Jamil Anwar got his M.Sc. in Chemistry, with distinction, from University of the Punjab, Lahore and was taken on the faculty of Institute of Chemistry in 1973. He proceeded to Aberdeen University, Scotland, in 1979 and completed his Ph.D. in 1982.
